Holmer’s not having it. Rs. In a conventional movie, which The Fits most assuredly is not, we’d be in for an uplifting journey into self-awareness. But “story” isn’t the right word, because The Fits is more an immersion into one girl’s point of view as she tries to figure out her identity during a peculiar time at her school.
